A huge percentage of embroidered logos have a tagline with small-sized text. the small text may not embroider clearly if the height of the font is less than 5mm. While the newer machines can still do a great job the older machines struggle for sizes less than 6mm.
Even then if the design is not digitised carefully then you may see the “c” look more like an “o” the small parts of letters like b and d and e close up – worse still they create holes in the fabric.
